Make sure you check and double check your sizing before completing an order. If you're not sure about a measurement, shoot us an email and we'll help you out! 

TROOP HELMETS - Take your US size helmet and go one up. If you wear a Medium helmet most of the time, then you'll want a Large in ours and so on. If you have no clue what helmet size you usually wear, then shoot us an email and tell us your FITTED HAT SIZE. You know, like 7 1/4 or 7 5/8 or similar. The size you bought your last bro hat in basically. We'll put you in the right lid. Our helmets don't flex too much, so if you plan on getting a big head from walking around looking all cool, you may want to go two sizes up... just sayin'.

Here's a good way to gauge your helmet size based on hat size -

7 - 7 1/4 - Medium

7 1/4 - 7 3/8 - Large

7 1/2 - 7 5/8 - XL

7 5/8 - 7 3/4 - XXL

7 7/8 - 8 - XXXL (Only avaiable in Jet 3/4 helmets at this time)

BILTWELL HELMETS - Megaflake lids are one-size-fits-most, so you can probably get your dome inside whether you're a munchkin, or a bobble-head! For larger craniums, we suggest wearing it out on a couple dates and around town for a few days to let the foam liner break-in. Once it does, it'll fit ya like a glove!

T SHIRTS - All we can tell you is to go look in your closet, or if you're like Mike, look on your floor. Pick your favorite tee and see what size it is. Don't suck in your gut or say "I'll just wash it in hot water". Our tees are preshrunk, and in most cases won't change size much once you get 'em. Of course, if you hit them with a transmogrifying ray, all bets are off.

LIL JOE'S LEATHER VESTS /JACKETS - The basic rule of thumb is to go one up on your Tshirt size. If you're a L in shirts, then shoot for an XL in the vest / jacket you're choosing. If you are over 200 pounds in weight, you should email us at support@eternalcombustion.com and we'll get your measurements straight. Let us know if you're bigger through the gut or the chest, and what that measurement is. We'll get you hooked up for sure!

HATS - You can basically get away with being a big-domed alien and still make it work. Craze is a whopping 7 7/8 hat size, yet somehow still manages to get four snaps closed on the trucker without squeezing grey matter out his ears. Close all the snaps, and you can wear it on your sock puppet, you sick bastage. 

Basically, just be smart about your sizing. if you plan on going on a cupcake eating binge, then order bigger than normal.
